Before work:
Disinfect your hands
Place the abrasive on the base with a slight offset to the right
File dry skin and cuticles with 240/320 grit files until smooth
Use 180 grit to shape your nails, then smooth with 240 or 320
Wipe off the dust with a brush and moisturize your hands with cream or oil
If desired, then degrease your nails and apply a top coat
