How to use

• 1. Keep it in the fridge or freezer more than 3 hours.
• 2. Before use, wipe the cooling plate with soft cloth and leave it for

• 3. Gently press and massage skin with the applicator.
• 4. After use, wash it in running water thoroughly and wipe it with dry cloth.
• *Do not use longer than 20 minutes at a time. Do not apply it to a particular part for a long time.
