How to use

• 1. Remove the MTS cartridge from the blister.
• 2. With the cartridge’s protective cap closed, push it into the groove on the back of the device to attach it, then remove the protective cap.
• 3. Press the power button for 2 seconds to turn on EMS level 1. Press briefly to adjust to desired intensity.
• 4. When you press the LED & Vibration button, the blue LED and vibration function will turn on.
